Parties

Customer: natural or legal person who uses the operator’s services.

– the contract is created by an agreement between the operator and the customer on the use of the operator’s services;
– the operator subsequently undertakes to provide services in the agreed scope and at the agreed prices;
– the customer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the services provided, to comply with the terms and conditions and accommodation regulations;
– by paying the deposit, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and accommodation regulations;
– in case of violation of business conditions or accommodation rules, the customer may be denied further services, loses the right to return the deposit and is obliged to pay the full amount for the services provided;
– prices for the services provided are contractual, proposed in the operator’s price list;
– child discounts are provided according to the price list for children up to 11 years old;
– in the case of an agreement between the operator and the customer on the use of services, the customer is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay;
– in case of not paying the deposit within the agreed term, the operator is entitled to cancel the reservation; – the customer is obliged to pay the rest of the price on the day of arrival;
– the customer has the right to the proper provision of the services ordered by him in the agreed scope;
– the customer has the right to cancel the use of services at any time by withdrawing from the contract;
– the customer is obliged to provide escort or supervision for persons under the age of 18;
– persons with foreign nationality are required to fill in the residence registration form;
– the customer is obliged to pay for any damage (caused by him);
– the customer can withdraw from the service provision agreement at any time. Withdrawal occurs on the day of notification and the customer is obliged to pay the cancellation fee;
– in case of cancellation of part of the stay, the customer is not entitled to financial compensation;
– in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions or the accommodation rules by the customer, the operator has the right to withdraw from the contract and the customer is entitled to financial compensation for unused services.

Cancellation conditions:

More than 30 days before the start of the stay – 0% from the price of the stay
 29 – 14 days before the start of the stay – 30% from the price of the stay
 13 – 1 days before the start of the stay – 100% from the price of the stay
